Guest Services
Guest Services is located in the Mall Management Office. Please visit or call Guest Services at 724-346-4564 for any information or assistance you may require. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of each and every guest, no matter how large or small the request. Below are many of the services offered by Guest Services.

Automatic Doors
For your convenience, automatic doors are located at the JCPenney entrance on the Route 62 side of the mall.

Community Room
Our community room is available for rent, for meetings and gatherings of all types. The community room can accommodate up to 40 people. Please call the Mall Office at 724-346-4564 for more information.

Community Booth
Our community booth is available to local non-profit and charitable organizations for awareness campaigns, general displays and fundraising opportunities. Contact Guest Services at 724-346-4564 for more information. Rules and regulations apply. Scheduling based on Mall Management Approval.

Copy/Fax Service
Copy services are available at Guest Services for .10 per page. Fax services are available for $2 for the first page and $1 for each additional page.

Handicap Parking
For your convenience, handicap-parking spaces are available at all mall entrances.

Lost and Found
To inquire about lost and found items, please contact Guest Services at 724-346-4564.

Mall Walkers
Walkers are invited to exercise in our climate-controlled environment year round.

Security Services
Shenango Valley Mall offers security services during all operating hours to its customers and employees. A fully trained security staff is available to assist you with parking locations, security escorts and directions. You can reach a security officer from the Guest Services Booth during all mall hours.

Stroller Rental
Strollers are available at Guest Services for $1.50 per hour for a single stroller and $2.25 per hour for a double stroller. A $5 deposit and photo ID is required.

Wheelchairs Complimentary wheelchairs are available at Guest Services on a first-come, first-serve basis with the proper identification.
